2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • The amount usually reflects in your account within 5-7 working days depending on your bank.

3. Non-Returnable Items
