- Product contracts are directly between the buyer and the seller, with Malaiyur.com acting as the facilitator and payment processor.
Seller Obligations
Sellers registering on Malaiyur.com agree to provide accurate descriptions, ship products within defined timeframes, and adhere to our strict authenticity policies.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Malaiyur Groups and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Malaiyur.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
4. Order Cancellation & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
7. Store Credit & Digital Wallet
Malaiyur.com offers a digital wallet feature that allows customers to deposit advance funds for future purchases. By using the Malaiyur Wallet, you agree to the following terms:
- Closed-Loop System: The Malaiyur Wallet is a closed-loop system. Funds deposited into the wallet can strictly be used only for purchasing goods, services, or eligible investment plans on Malaiyur.com.
- No Cash Withdrawals: Wallet balances represent advance store credit and cannot be transferred to another user, withdrawn to a bank account, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
- Non-Refundable: All wallet recharges (top-ups) are final and non-refundable.
- No Interest: Standard wallet balances do not accrue interest or yields unless the funds are specifically locked into one of our distinct 'Smart Purchase Plans'.
